sidechaining drums in Logic
does anyone know how to do this in logic, can it be done with the compressers in logic, looked in the manual but couldnt see any signs, any help appreciatted cheers..

I reckon you lot use too much different software together, I couldnt imagine using more than two programs (which i do- reason and logic) to make music wth i reckon. I think its good to have a limited amount cuse then your forced to keep plugging away at what youve got and then you'll start learning ...

I had a look at those studiomasters and some of them are going for about fifty pounds, they look fun but a bit cheap and crappy, i could be wrong. big up zomby, to be honest i think all the sounds are good, but the layout doesnt really move me too much, i think taking those 2 bass sounds and just do something really experimental with them cause youve done the bangers that are spliff dub, your bass is more energised on this one, i think the lay...

To the guy using cubase this is a good tip i think what ever music your trying to make, you need to copy it to a certain extent, so have some music playing on your computer, stop it, make a beat layer, go back to the song see what theyve done, go back change the sound pattern whatever. earlier today...
