i use reason subtracktor is wkd for bass lines! its all down to modulaton. use the lfo';s on the filter cutoff, its called f.freq on subtrackter. then play with the lfo amount and rate and record the changes you make or do it the sequencer. also add some of the fm knob occasionally to get extra dirt...
