Re: Audio with embedded Album Art causes Live 8 to crash?

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? For some reason my Ableton Suite 8 to crash :S But if I run the track through Audacity and re-export it at the same bitrate then it works fine (minus album art). This didn't used to happen when I was running XP but I changed to Windows 7 recently and I've b...

Re: Whats those for?

It's where the copper wire that's wrapped round the voice coil terminates (positive and negative). On some speakers it's hidden behind the cone on others it comes out below the speakers dust cap Exactly. But the wires ARE the voice coil, wound tightly some thousand times or so. Re: ASIO performance on 0404 usb

I use one of the ASIO Duplex drivers through my 0404, works perfectly. Although after an hour or so full on I just need to reset the box as it appears to build slight latency for some reason. I dont think the ASIO Duplex drivers are best, the pure E-MU drivers is what ya want. Not 100 sure about th...

Yeah 500ms is crazy bidness. You've got it right, but are you using the pure ASIO drivers, not Generic low Latency drivers, or Direct X drivers. Should be E-Mu ASIO drivers.

Re: Why does Ableton suck at track analysis?

Meh, it really aint that bad. That lil gap is hardly gonna throw your mix out of time, besides you can go and line up the first four beats of a bar perfectly, then ctrl D to duplicate for the rest of the track. I leave warping off and do the first bar manually.
