I saw him and Kid606 last Thursday. It was a good show but very poor attendance. I think he puts on a good show, I could see things going off if the right crowd was there.

Breaks in this r sick and the buildup is good to maybe a tad too long though. Can hardly hear no sub though man. Could do with some more sounds imo, like nasty bass hits. Thanks for taking the time to check out the track. If I work on this one more I'm going to split the sub and over drive the high...

New track, develop it more or drop it?

Been working on this one for a while off and on. Kinda itchin to get it off my plate. Not too sure if I should work on it more to finish it up or move on.

What do you guys think?

Warning this is geared to be sub heavy, not for the PC speaker crew.

Good to see some industrial heads into the dubstep sound. I think part of the reason I like dubstep so much is that it seems to incorporate a lot of the same ideas that was driving real industrial music(i.e. experimenting with new frontiers and not holding back).

EMU E4 Platinum Access Indigo 2 Mackie HR824 Monitors Evolution 33e - Midi Controller I used to be all software but I would get so much going within a tune that it would bog down the computer and was a pain in the ass. So I started buying hardware to offload all that processing. Now all I do with th...

Skinny Puppy and Coil are the two groups that really got me interested in making music. They will always be huge sources of inspiration to me... even if I don't like the greater wrong of the right

10 points if someone can catch the reference in my name.

Hey, you need to remove the two greater than signs from the end of the link for it to work. Other than that, pictures look wicked.

Another from DOA, although been lurking on here for a bit now. Originally from New Malden but moved to the states when I was little. However I'm relocating back to London in the early part of June. Can't wait to hit up some nights like DMZ. I'm into producing and for a long time worked on dnb/idm ti...

Some locals who may be added to the festival line up have been known to add a few dubstep tracks into their sets: Ronin Selecta and Jared Wilson. We'll see how things shake out once Paxahau releases the list of which locals are playing.

I had a question regarding beat arrangement for half step, I saw someone mention earlier to keep the bpm at 138 but half time the beats. From that I would assume that your basskick would be the first note and then you'd have your snare hit at 1/2 bar. Here's a pic: half step programming on the botto...
