yea i just started having a play in garageband too, pretty cool for what it is.

so anyone on here owned / used one of these? does it actually replicate the swing of an MPC? and most importantly is it worth the $$?

i just got the mbox 2 pro... uggh its so effing nice! it did cost me $1395 though... stoopid living on a tiny island in the middle of nowhere!

logic is siiieck... ive been using reason for about 2 years now, just switched to a Macbookpro and got logic pro 8, best change i have ever made... it is so freqn locical...funnyly enough! i have only really had a little play on live, but it seems pretty nais, straight forward and you dont really ne...

yeah the wgtn sceen is slowly getting on its feet and taking its first few steps, lots of local partys poppn n lockn all over the place and had Mala recently destroy the place in sammies! local dubstep producers to watch are.. 1,Where do you (Or did you) learn about the art of production/ mixdown and who do you take advice from? a few years back i saw reason....thought hey i can do that shit, then a pal taught me the basics, and i just played with reason solidly since... 2,How long (average) do you take to mixdown a track...

seems people are pretty evenly split. Whatever works, it seems... Not even gonna poll about smoking in the studio, lol. now this is something that has always confused me, peeps say smoking in the studio is bad, and other say theres nufins' wrong with it... could someone please give me the lowdown o...
