Never seen it - this is by the same lot that did A Scanner Darkly, isn't it? The painting over film cells looks nice, but it's a bit of a gimmick the animation in the film is no gimmick trust. despite the fact it precedes a scanner darkly, unlike a scanner darkly the animation and rotoscope effects...
