Mostly pitch when the record is cued (and sometimes push to win some time when I have to make major adjustments). If the record is already audible, it depends; if I can anticipate it going out of sync in time, I use the pitch slider. If somehow I cannot anticipate it, I push (but if I think that the...

I called them today and the wife of the owner finally answered. She asked my name and said that her husband would contact me as soon as possible.

What's bothering me is that the most recently added release (http://www.digitalworldnet.com/catalog/products_new.php) dates back almost one year. I'm beginning to think that this shop is just dead.
I hope that I can get my money back through Paypal should it be the case.
