I just moved (back) to Sweden and Stockholm myself.

Surely there'll be something happening, the established locals are sure to fill in with details. In any case, hit me up and we'll make a posse and storm the castle.

No, actually most common is to use a tuba or even a detuned bagpipe through a wahwah guitar pedal. Works a charm. Pump the pedal to make a wobble.
I'm a bit lazy in searching a good synth for the wobble bass by my self any help ?
Best help I can offer: Don't be lazy. ;)

Also, as mentioned, don't waste on outboard unless you've treated your room and have very good converters first. Personally though, I'd rather spend on a good bus compressor first just to haz a flavor. An SSL G clone or maybe an API 2500 fed into some nice iron at the end for flavor and gentle satur...

Okay, so you've got your tune sounding pretty good. A/Bs show that its tight. Still not quite there but it hasn't come out of the mastering house. I'd just throw in a quick tip to give the mastering house two versions of the track. One with a hint as to where you want the track to go. A subtle bus ...

And lots of pockets, of course. Nifty, secret, pockets where we hide things.
