I have the microKONTROL and it is falling to bits. About 3 of the knobs don't work and I am a careful user not heavy handed. The small keys although fine are just not as good full size keys. You can get a 49 key fullsize M-Audio midi keyboard and either the M-Audio UC33 or the Behringer BCR2000 for ...

Yes you can. You can for example limit the range of a controls and then use 128 step to scroll through the limited range. For example I can use the mod wheel to adjust the master tempo in ableton. If I do not limited the range when I change the tempo I get very large tempo jump. However Ableton allo...

It depends on the type of handicap. If it's physical then it depends on it's acuteness. I mean in some cases a rollerball mouse will help. In other cases like paraplegics you might need a software controllable by a querty keyboard and then a pointer on their head to hit the querty keyboard. Ableton ...

I tried multi-band limiting on this one to make it good and loud... not something I usually do. Maybe you could tell me if everything sounds in the right place. Does anything sound too q...

Re: Buying hardware

1-MIDI Keyboard (<~250 EUR) : that for sure will be the Axiom-49 - if you like it go for it. 2-BASS SYNTH (<~500 EUR) : http://www.mfberlin.de/Produkte/Musikelektronik/MFB-SYNTH_II/syn2a.jpg It's monophonic so only one note at a time but it's analogue so you get great bass and leads from it. It also...
