Funky feel-good acidstep?

I just uploaded my newest track "Lucy Love" to virb. It's pretty down to earth chill out aciddy dubstep, and very experimental.

Check it out on http://www.virb.com/nekrotekh and drop a line!
320's will be sent out on request.

Thanks all. It's fucking great to hear you like it. 320's will be sent asap. I'm working on some acid inspired more feel-good groovy stuff, so keep yourselves updated on virb, I think it's gonna be big and different. Working towards some more psychedelic vibes also ;-) Look out for the tune "Lu...

I just uploaded my newest track to www.virb.com/nekrotekh
It's a heavy 4 to the floor soca style fm-wobbler with psychedelic percussions. Listen on virb, and pm me for a 320.
Feedback is always appropriate and appreciated :-)

(320) Power And Weakness - psysteppy raggawobbler

Listen to my new track Power And Weakness on www.virb.com/nekrotekh Twisted ragga rhythms with a hint of psy, filtered noisy techwobble, crisp underlying slappy sub bass, dark and atmosperic pads and one angry but shy toad. Any criticism on production, mixing, whatever appreciated. Send a msg for 32...

I write, produce and mix pretty much all my tracks with a spliff going or a pipe burning. I find there's no difference from when I'm sober, except my conception of time fucks up when I'm stoned. I can sit for hours without moving, suddenly "wake up" and realise I haven't eaten, drunk or ta...

i mix shpongle in my dubstep sets sometimes actually Too few do! Have you got any mixes lying around? I'd like to hear some more experimental dubstep dj'ing. And thanks a whole lot for the serious feedback! Gateways is also the earliest track track of the four, so you can guess which way I'm moving...

New approach to dubstep?

Bless I've been trying out a new approach to dubstep with more emphasis on groove and less on dirtyness and wobbly basslines. There are still plenty of bass though, and the inspiration from dub, but also from psytrance and minimal. And at last there's a buttload of percussion and shakers! Go ahead a...

Dubstep bores the fuck outta me. I'll openly admit i dont listen or follow the scene in any way. It's getting worse than DNB and finding a good Dubstep tune for me personally like..... well you get my drift. Honestly though i go in the Dubs room and listen about and hear the shittest generic wobble...

I want to point out that in electronic music, it is not only the melodies that create the atmosphere and the song, but it is in much higher proportion the sounds that are used. And that's what I like about electronic music in contrast to rock, classical, etc. where the soundscape is limited to the s...

Rusko takes wobble to new level. I admit wobble can get boring but it can also be unique and new.
Kromestar's Surgery is a good example. As is his track Teleport.
Too many reason wobbles and presets out there. Never mind them!

I like his other work, even "Round the World Girls", but this one is too cheesy I can't stand the vocals, and what the fuck is up with the cheesy synthline? Sounds like some creepy latino house. The beat is powerless and boring, and again cheap and housey. Tracks like this will kill dubste...

Kromestar for no. 1! I love both his beautiful summer dubs (Konflict), and the heavy stuff (Surgery!!!, Kalawanji). And bangers like Spaceman, Here We Come, Get Up. Rusko Both his original dubs and the heavy ones. Moaners being the current fav. track. Coki This man is nuts! War, Mad Head, Red Eye, e...
