Regarding Zomby's gig in Moscow. It was a major letdown for all the fans really. After he didn't show up twice, anticipation was very high. The fact that he played almost exactly a playlist of tunes that was put up a few weeks earlier on the web (have a look here: http://pullup.it/2010/10/zomby-top-...

Going off topic a bit,but what are butter rugs? a sort of a special skratch dj oriented slipmat, with special material on the bottom side which touches the plate so that there is much less fricition with the turntable itself and they are like 1mm thin, which makes them take up a lil less place in t...

Just to add a bit of names to the list, I reckon Lonely Schizo - http://www.myspace.com/thelonelyschizo and Suntea - http://www.myspace.com/sun4eck are very good... Also a bit of self-promotion but there is also this CD which is out and it's possible to get a copy of it from Redeyerecords: http://du...

it all in a way just seems like a logical progression from the Eurocrunk thing that the institubes/TTC camp made up a couple of years ago... and which has faded by now mostly, with all of institubes making electro/hooligan disco now... Wonky is as good a name as anything I guess... Love those sounds...

If you post it online, you have no right anymore. Once it's out there, you can't take it back. I would call you up or email, but I can see why they wouldn't bother just the same. They might not even remember they got it there ya know... maybe just had your name on a clip I'm quite sure that's wrong...

strange... people are mentioning a lot of people who have already got records with dubstep out. Venetian Snares had one a while back. Modeselektor have loads of dubstep on their new album + a bunch of remixes floating around for other artists. Like for example the remix they did for Ghislain Poirier...
