been using mostly slackware as my distro of choice from around 98-99 now I'm a happy camper on OS X though no more dual booting to load u logic...

If you post it online, you have no right anymore. Once it's out there, you can't take it back. I would call you up or email, but I can see why they wouldn't bother just the same.
