I'm not entirely sure, but I know if your on a MAC you can use Ableton & Itch at the same because of the Core Audio drivers, but don't know exactly how it works. Considering I'm on a PC & awaiting the arrival of the Bridge, which looks to be dropping next month with Itch 2.0 per Serato.. Fingers ...
