superb idea, superb event (I judge from audio) selectionwise - for me Soul II Soul was best, most versatile, some tuffest dubplates he played, DMZ was good, but all this tunes I already heard from releases and Mala's sets still I think it's luck for all this soundguys what no real reggae sound-syste...

really, Scorn was the first in style which sounds very close to dubstep, check his albums from around 95 'Gyral' and 'Logghi Barogghi', they both dubby, heavy and dark as hell

My way for digitizing vynils: Stanton STR8-80 with Denon DL-110 cartridge (via line-out) --> M-Audio LT10/10 souncard --> SoundForge 7. Then I edit files with Adobe Audition - normalising, manually removing clicks (no EQ or something). Not ideal setup ofcourse - I would add Denon DL-160 to my Denon ...
