sounds to me like one of the vengeance white noisey big snares (try the VEC1 pack) with a dickload of compression to squash the dynamics. and a reverbed clap over the top to give it high end

hm not feeling that, doesnt flow or fit together that well imo. sounds well amateur for a fresh production as well, he's usually insane quality wise. hope he keeps at the dubstep though, he could make some massive tunes im sure, very talented guy
