I find that snares i create for my tunes are usually built from multiple clap samples, and maybe one or two snare samples. So i recommend layering the two to get the sound you want. Add reverb and other fx for further processing to get that dark sound, or whatever sound you're trying to create.

Juke is not dubstep, and has nothing to do with it. its a form of house. and its done usually at 160.

hmmm... maybe you should start exploring sound design and synthesis, it would probably make a huge difference in wither you "like" the vst or not. Cause knowing how to use it might allow you to create the "wobble" you want. Honestly the infamous wobble sounds are created because ...
