Im still unclear on the meaning of "brostep". I assume its meant in a derogatory way against frat dude/ jocks who get hyped when they hear a banger? or is it straight up racist ( "goddamn brothers making all these ghetto bangers") or is it just a song with a rap or whatever sampl...

so it seems to be the great majority of DJs use Serato these days. How common/uncommon are sets that use actual vinyl throughout the set? Do major players like Skream, Benga, Emalkay do sets on Serato?

Once again I will be spinning an all out dubstep set from 10pm to 12am. happy hour prices on all of our house brewed microbrews.

pretty disappointed with this one so far...seems like Skream is feeling nostalgic for the pre-dubstep world. Way too housy for me on most tracks. Most tracks are pretty lacking dub-wise..seems almost like a cash cow release.

I co-dj every other Thursday night at Franklins in Hyattsville. Thursday night at 10 til 2 we start with the music.
