I've got a few hundred patches for subtractor lying around, along with a big collection of my own.
V-Station VST isn't bad at making wobbles imo, got some good full sounding stuff out of it, with a lot of fiddling.
Of course a patch along is not enough; often sounding weak. It's all in the layering ...

I have a Cakewalk SPS-25 something or other stashed in the wardrobe that i've never used.
I am using a Soundblaster 24bit (terrible, I know!).

Each spline of the envelope could be curved.
You can also have a fade control, although I have no idea what that does i've never used it.

Tune with an indian female vocal (like Eastern Jam).

Tell us whatchu think... I'm working to get that wobble sounding crispy, I may just change the sound altogether.

Been suffering with a bout of depression recently, and was wondering what effect that has had upon my production paths.
Couple i've been messing about with:

Threw one together.. not very good but better than the stright samples i've used to contruct it.

Dunno Future, just a little quirkey habit of mine to overused destructive eq on everything. Takes a bit of getting used to and a lot of time to get it right, but when I push knobs ...

Layering is the key.
Take your time and pick 2/3 samples.
1) get an 'organic' sounding one for low end (300hz)
2) snap at 1500hz
3) air at 6000hz

eq to perfection.
I try to avoid compression and work more on destructive eqing.
bandpasses/filtered white noise at low amplitude is great for the air ...

less is always better with drums.. much tighter and cleaner I find.
