ay chewie, thanks for the help man. fantastic post - I ended up having to re set the key command by hitting option+K and resetting the event automation list window to control+command+E works great now! and yeah, I had those notes in the pic drawn that way because the synth was set to mono. not necce...

legit copy, no external i've got them over to the new laptop, the "built in" stuff seems to be working ok - but i guess this is my real question lets say u got 100 .kit3 files, and a pile of 5 GB or whatever samples that go along with them - however, they are NOT in the actual battery libr...
