Decent quality hip hop dl sites, paying of course.

Hi Guys Basically, I've been producing a lot of experimental hip hop recently, stuff like flying lotus, mike slott, leatherette, hud mo, that sort of flavour. I want to start mixing it as at the moment I only mix d n b and I'm getting sort of tired of it but I can't find any download sites with a de...

Nuendo's playing up, Please help..

Safe people Basically, everytime I try to run nNuendo it gets to a certain point in the startup process then the computer just shuts down and reboots itself. I've tried repairing with the setup program but it asks me to select a pathname for the installation files "with the following attributes...

CDJs - Wav. or Mp3?

Safe people I splashed out on some CDJs the other day. Basically, is it worth the trouble converting files to wav before I burn them to CD? I know wav files generally have better sound quality but am I really going to be losing sleep over it or shall I just rip tunes to CD as they are in mp3? Nice one

Martyn @ BLOC

Does anyone know the name of the last tune Martyn dropped at BLOC this year?

He whipped it out just before simply red bled into the system, what was the deal with the simply red stuff anyway, was that supposed to happen?

its not that some notes are too quite to be heard, its that some come out proper loud and it's fucking annoying having to keep ducking off the volume for different notes.

there must be an easier way?

Sub Bass Continiuty

I can't seem to keep my sub at the same volume when moving through different notes. I'm only working in one octave and as far as normal bass goes that works fine. but when it comes to sub, settings that work fine on some notes just go fucking mental on others.. I've tried compressors, limiters, and ...

wow, some of the these replies are FUCKING retarded! no drug has ever killed off a scene, regardless of how great the drug is or how shite the scene in question is. What kills a scene is snobbery, it's the sort of musical protectionism that makes people say, "K ruins dubstep nights" and &q...

///Minimal Steppas Represent///

Looking through the dubs section I realised that most of what's being put up at the moment is typically your more jumpy kind of dubstep. which is cool, I'm all up for getting filthy to some bass carnage but I'm sure I'm not the only one who likes to indulge in the deeper side of things as well. i'm ...

Most of the time if people are jumping about all over the shop and pissing everyone off then they end up getting sorted out anyway. fair play if people want to get a bit mental but if you do it at the expense of people who are just happily skanking about then chances are someone's going to end up ha...
