Re: Artists ... would you pay for Soundcloud training?
I think it's something worthwhile for someone like me. I just don't have enough hours in the day to expose tunes like I used too. 55hour workweeks and a 11 week old baby make producing hard to fit in, never mind pushing it. I think it's awesome and would love to see how it works.

I use Cubase, any ideas why?
Make sure the compressors input is your kick channel, and make sure the kick is sends only.

Maybe I'll get some dogs, or bees, or dogs with bees in their mouth and when they bark they shoot bees at you.

New studio help
In preparation for our first baby the in laws bought us a house which has just two bedrooms, which means me and all my gear needs a new home. I've been looking at loft conversions, a sectional garage, and a summerhouse. The summerhouse option is my favourite tbh, and they are well priced. My only wo...

Nice article man. I've never really thought about the flow in that way. It's something I'm definitely going to start using more

Re: Moog analog chorus/flanger
I was just in the music shop, and was fooling w a little phatty. I was shocked by the negative impression I got. Didn't like the sound and it just felt so cheap, plasticy. Honrstly my old an1x had a better feel. All this stuff is very subjective. Think that maybe you set your expectations too high?...

Re: Moog analog chorus/flanger
Well that's just me, and I prefer doings that way. The majority are now ITB, and get amazing results, but it's all down to what works best for you. Try getting down to somewhere you can demo all the toys, and decide for yourself. A lot of hardware will still have a high resale value so it's somewhat...

Re: Moog analog chorus/flanger
You can definitely get similar result with plugins. Some will argue the analog side of it adds more warmth to colour the sound (I'm one of them), but my reasons for prefering hardware are more to do with my approach. I prefer the hard way. I love moogerfoogers and pedals because of the lack of prese...

Re: Moog analog chorus/flanger
In other news UEFA president Michael Platini has announced plans to abandon the Champions League as we know it in favour of just a mass game on the PS3. "The logistics were just a nightmare, and after a survey the players said they just couldn't be arsed when it's so easy to just switch on the ...

Yeah, they'll pretty much take anything as their input. I love them all and each knob has it's own cv out, the more you have the more crazy things can get. I'm shipping my LP off soon for the cv out mod so it can be the center of my own all moog modular

Moog analog chorus/flanger
This is the best moogerfooger without a doubt and I can't wait to get my grubby mitts on one :D Midi, more LFO waveforms than any other moogerfoogers, including s&h, and he usual cv outs. Looks like it's gonna be pricey for the UK ($600 US), but with just a limited run it's likely to have an eve...
