not 100% sure but you might be able to just click bounce then on the screen that comes up there should be a start and end point you can change.

You will need to drag your music onto your Mac hard drive, otherwise its going to keep doing it.

interesting feedback guys cheers! just what I needed, well I sampled the original which is the intro loop parts, but I guess I can see what everyone is talking about being too much of a change in contrast. And I thought I had finished it! Will look into this and revaluate it:D

When I hear something I want to sample on my itunes library I drag in into Logic and then cut it down to the part I want, works fine but it still has the whole tune copied over and hidden beyond the selected part- probably simple but is there a way of cutting it down on Logic to just the part I nee...

really loud! sick tune, just think that delayed synth sound in the breakdowns is a bit off in terms of in conjunction with the rest of the song. But all in all top stuff.

ah right, sorry I got the opposite end of the stick. My bad. err not quite sure how you would do that to be honest and I havent tried the method your wanting to. Hi hats arent my favourite of sounds.

i usually just cut off the bottom end to about 300ish then boost a bit of the really high frequencies. but in most cases the hats are quite low in volume anyway so you just get the hiss.try sidechaining maybe?
