Yes it does create an arms race, I agree with that. Problem is, legal or not, the average criminal could easily get a gun here. Take the guns from the police and the legal owners and that leaves the criminals armed.

I just finished watching the Wonders of the Solar System series. Good stuff.

Enter the Void for me had spotty acting, average story and was no better than 7/10 overall. With that said, I was totally captivated and it stayed with me for weeks which is something movies just don't do anymore. The fact that I loved it but haven't recommended it to anyone says a lot about it.

I watched Paprika just before I watched Inception and I didn't care for it at all. So I watched it again later and I still feel the same.
