used to use in midi long time ago...now audio all the way.

cant rly see the benefit of using midi with drums.

also i think i ve never seen a tutorial with a big producer who was using midi for drums.

PreSonus Firebox

Pros : compact, plug and play, great sound quality, lots of ins/outs, firewire 400, looks kewl, price is not too bad for presonus:)
Cons : none so far, i strongly recommend this card:)

do you want to move coz it is hard to mix on cd/vinyl or coz u are sick of carrying vinyl?:P

if its #1 then check ableton live or traktor 3.2/pro (more dj like)
if its #2 then traktor scratch, serato, final scratch. (traktor scratch is my fav:P)

Will probably go for 61key version. 7 octaves is a bit too much for production imo:)
