I'm not entirely sure what you are trying to achieve, but if you click the key button in the top right hand corner, you should be able to assign a key to a parameter, then in the top left will be that assignment, with its minimum and maximum values. Keys jump from one to the other, so see if you ...

So, i have a knob in ableton live assigned to a knob on my midi controller. I am wondering if there is some way i can also assign a button to ''on/off'' the knob so i can easily turn it off when i want to drop my next clip.

I cant simply twist the knob to the far left because the middle (12 oclock ...

^^^ Only just realise that the hands in ur Avatar are clapping at 140...

Had to refresh the screen about 70 times before they synced up to the track I was listening and was able to confirm it though...

hehe yeh, although i think its nearer 142, tends to fall out after 2mins or so

as i've done it in ableton live, i only have a .wav for now (85mb) - so i've pm'd you the link to that while i work on finding a free wav -> mp3 converter.
