Came across and once it drops, fairly random noises? but hectic?

okay, i'm thinking more 'hectic'.

I love datsik, excision, downlink etc.

i'm not digging the non-heavy ones at all.

I think a better way to describe what i'm looking for is random/weird high pitched noises, like in the song in the original post.
They don't have to be constant noises, for example it ...
