What is the difference between a Reese and a Supersaw?

Arent they both just two ways of saying multiple detuned saw waves?

I feel like people get confused they think "reese" is some complicated setup... I dont see the difference... its like 4x4 people dont want to use the same name as dub/dnb people lol unless there is something im missing...

that bx control is $140 thats a bit much for something i dnt plan on having to do very often... but i checked out their plugs they have a pretty sweet lineup maybe one day i can grab some of those.

Yeah i suppose, and its fitting here... hate was a bit much

but either way... I still feel like this could be a sampled sound or instrument im not familiar with

it definitely has that hollow square ish sound... but the movement of it and the clarity and idk it just sounds so organic (hate that term lol) but yea idk sounds like a wind instrument or something

this is such a sick sound... and I cant figure out WHAT this is... I thought it was a synth but now im thinking it might some kind of sampled wind instrument or something..... I use KRK 8's and Polk PSW 10" sub

i love the combo no complaints, aounds great, and the sub has all the controls on it inputs, LP, Vol

do you have different versions of tracks and special loops and builds and such for live playing? -What are you able to get away with that you wouldnt normally, on a regular commercially released track, when making "system music" for playing out live? Do you just edit your arrangements of your origin...

maybe try doing the layered bands in parralel, as sends, on top of the original.. could keep the original body that always seems to get lost doing freq splitting

it was ok.... I lold when he is like "any questions?" and the first question was: "how did you make that first growl bass?" ...."its a sample" but i mean he did walk through a massive patch that was cool, but as usual, they dont give away any of their real secrets/methods, just basic stuff ie. layer...

maybe you can fix the problem by adjusting the kick and not the bass?

just thinking maybe its the sample or how its Eq'd, maybe the bass isnt the culprit/solution
