read books on music... lot's of them. go to clubs, go to gigs, spend every moment of your spare time either in the studio or en route to one of your live shows. Eat music, sleep music and drink coca cola. I've worked with people who know more about music tech through experimentation at home, reading...

I really like ohmwerk... I'd go as far as classing him in my top 3 influences as a producer.. I guess I have a habit of appending "core" to any hard distorted type of music... the effect of two notes modulating each other is called beating. Basicaly, the wobble you hear is phase cancellation at play.
