Re: Jurango - Thahkek [ 170 / Deep / Ambient? ]

So I haven't revisited this since I left my feedback, but after a second listen, this track holds up really well. The vibes are excellent and the grit is really nice! Again, Good f'ing job!

Re: jaydot-Euphoria (deep)

The shakers are too loud and the track sounds weirdly distorted, but maybe that's what you were going for. The intro is nice, but like I alredy mentioned, the shakers are too loud. Drums don't cut thru too well, especially the kick. I like the ideas in the track, like the atmosphere and the melodies...

Re: Red Invasion [Dubstep]

Yeah, the bassline is slightly too loud and there are some messy parts here and there, but I gotta say that for the 4th track, this is not bad at all. Also the kick is too thin for my tastes, and it really doesn't punch thru in the drop. These are my 2 cents.

Usually, this is not my kind of stuff, but I really love the deepness and grit this track has.

Re: Dub Fiend - (dub)Conscious EP Track Previews

I really like the intro of the first track, it builds up perfectly to the really nice and vibey "drop". I don't really like the snare you chose to use, but overall the track is really nicely done, and has some serious vibes going on :W: Vibes on the second track are also pretty nice, but t...

Re: Studio RTA Creation Station

yes it's that one. And yes it is chipboard, but I guess the top shelf can handle the few kg extra. The main desk space is so low that if I leave the wheels out, my chair won't go low enough to fit :D

Studio RTA Creation Station

So I finally got my Creation Station desk :h: Now.. I haven't assembled it just yet, because as I was reading the manual for this, I noticed it said that the weight limit for the top shelf (It has top shelf, main deskspace and Low shelf for your PC etc.) is 35 lbs. or 15,87 kg. Well, my monitors wei...

Re: Mixdown problems

Thanks for the tips! Tho I have already sidechained almost all of the basses in the drop, I could propably try to fiddle around with the ratio and threshold a bit more! One problem, specfic to that track, is that I have no clue if it is muddy, or not, especially on the low end. :dunce: Might have so...

Mixdown problems

Hello guys! So, i've been lurking around this forum for awhile, reading alot about mixdowns and production tips in general. I think i've gotten decent in production, but my main problems seems to be that: -I don't really know how to start mixing -My tracks don't sound as clear as I'd like I already ...
