theyv done this in washington state and has hurt business's.
My opinion is that it is up to the business to run their business as they see fit. Just the same as smokers can go outside non smokers can not come out at all , this is their choice noone forces them to go out or into the smoky club.

if you try and mix the 9th beat of one track with the 13th of another, your mix is gonna go all over the place. yes, they may be in time, but one tune will suddenly drop and it will sound horribly out of place. This is what i wanted to show him but i didn't find the right words, so thank you :) you...

one thing that might be confusing you is the fact that some half step leaves the snare to hit on the 13th beat of the 16 eg loefah remix of punisher. i really don't see what's confusing you! in general half step, the snare hits on the 9th of the 16th if you try and mix the 9th beat of one track wit...

just mix the first beat with the first beat, its not an issue of looking deeper into it (unless you're doin some double up stuff), otherwise the tunes will drop at completely different points, which as a producer you are more likely to clock, not less mixing first beat with first beat would mean th...

Just mix it... duh! im probably am looking into it to deep. but that doesnt meen its not a good idea to know what why and how your doing things. just mixing it is the easy way to look at things, knowing why your mixing the way you do or knowing why your not mixing it the other way can seperat...

How to mix halfstep and full step ?
How do you mix the halftime with the full time ? when i make a tune ill put the snares on the 9th note of a 16 note bar when set to 140bpm. essentially needing 2 bars to make one full bar a drum loop(half time). so that would probably mean the snares should be hitting inbetween the first and second ...
