Space designer, crayon filter and bad bus mojo.

I can see PSP piano verb becoming a contender to add to the list.

Re: Alternative Sound Design Techniques

Wrigzilla - what course is it you're doing? Sounds interesting. I've been looking at courses from point blank and dubspot but i'd need a lot of cash for these. Sounds like the degree route may be better. What sort of things have you been studying? I'm doing a degree in Creative Music Technology at ...

Re: Max/MSP/Jitter users?

Just picked up Max 6 yesterday as I'm going to be using it for nearly all my uni projects this year. Anyone ever tried creating any generative music in it? One of my projects this year is going to involve that. Aye, for one of my uni projects I created a patch in Pure Data that algorithmically gene...

Re: Converting to sampler instruments question.

What depone said, if you want to come back to that sound later and change something you can always save a copy of the project file with just the bass synth + processing.

Re: AU filter plugin good with good lfo?

TAL filter 2 http://kunz.corrupt.ch/products/tal-filter has a LFO thingy that you can draw your own shape on and is also free.

Also on the non free side cableguys filtershaper is pretty cool http://www.cableguys.de/filter-shaper.html and very flexible.

Although i could be anwsering my own question, but some insight is good :W: Different monitors can have radically different frequency responses (an...

Do you have to become popular before you start selling events and holding your own? I don't really understand the process. Can you only tour with a manager and label? Obviously you if you're an unknown producer your first gig ain't going to be headlining glastonbury. You can either try and get a sp...
