And yet again you make killer tunes! You bastard! :lol: Since you said you love mixing stuff down, how do you go about a typical mixdown session? Where do you start and so on? i always start by mixing down roughly as i go along then once the tune is done i wipe the mixer of all eq's and compressors...

Any typical way of processing bass sounds or just whatever floats the bass's boat? just a sub, sometimes i use the reece from torrorist or distort the sub in a separate channel for a bit of mids... but for the main part thats about it... i'm no good at processing really, all the osc's, lfo's and am...

When you produce, when do you use a subwoofer for monitoring purposes? Do you just turn it on to check how the low end sits in the mix, or do you leave it on the whole time? Do you practice scales and chords or do you play by ear? I was wondering if you could please tell me what the relative scale is to the G phrygian mode?
