To combat panicky feelings, I like to take benzodiazepenes (think xanax, valium, klonopin, etc.) with weed. Makes for a nice, peaceful high.

Regarding those mail order weed services, I have a friend who swears by one. Dude's never been busted, and the guy always hooks him up with additional shit. The Breakbeat Science store closed a while back, but they still do online sales out of Chicago.
