I don't know about PC's but as far as i know you'll need to download a driver for the interface and for my mac its firewire cable. From there to the monitors, i use a par of highZ speaker cables.

I have found that composing in headphones gets overbearing on my ears. As for mixing, its impossible to do in phones and you'll go deaf trying. So get the monitors if you want to produce. That's my two cents.

Hey, well I can't stand that song or that artist but tbh I really like this track. Vocal mix sounds great and forms a sick groove. The drop on the chorus could use some (dare I say) wobble, if you ask me. Good job u got skills.

A very broad, general criticism: I thought it could use more parts and more structure. On laptop speakers now, so it isn't a fair listen. But I am new to production as well.
