Re: Terrafonix - Lost Chronicles EP (Dubliminal Records)

Cheers for making the thread, OP! If you could stick (out now!) in the title and add http://www.junodownload.com/products/terrafonix-the-lost-chronicles/2335979-02/ to the first post, that'd be awesome. i like mad patch more with the vocal on it. Stick +44 in front of the number and you should be able to call it from abroad. Sticking it straight on yousendit or whatever would kinda go against how the label is trying to run tings, surely.

Re: Lost Kromestar Dubs

We just brought out a couple of old Kromestar co-productions on a Terrafonix EP http://www.junodownload.com/products/terrafonix-the-lost-chronicles/2335979-02/ Think it's just "Only You" and "Mad Patch" which Krome helped with...it's hard to keep track...anyway, they're not lost,...

Re: Anyone else filter their master buss as aid while mixing

I have a crappy bitcrusher from a multi-fx VST on the master bus of every tune I do, find it helps prioritise things in the mix, especially in the high end. I leave it turned on for loads of tunes when I export them too, love the sound!

Re: Best audio interface for $400+?

I mainly want it for exporting my Electronic songs in higher quality. Your interface will make no difference in the quality of your exports. Interfaces are just that - an interface between your audio drivers to your speakers (out) and any sound sources you want to record (in). The quality of a trac...

Re: Artists that were shit, then turned good?

Appleblim Other way round IMO. Some of his early stuff on Skull Disco is great. He was (is?) an awesome dubstep DJ too...he was a resident at Subheavy, same as myself and wolf89 amongst others...seen him play lots of really well mixed sets with a big selection. He'd draw for anything, loads of old ...

Re: Cost Of Getting Your Mixer Repaired

Depends entirely on: a) who you get to repair it b) what's broken Water damage isn't as big a deal as many people think. If you'd been really quick to unplug the mixer and dry it out, it would probably still work. It sounds like you left it to soak overnight though :( edit: just read what parts have...

Re: Can someone tell me what's so good about weed?

Weed is not a social drug Disagree. And I think this is explained by the previous post: Different drugs suit different psyches; if you don't 'get' weed, then you probably never will... and if you do, just make sure you enjoy it. Totally agree with that ^ I've had mates who get super paranoid upon s...

Harsh. Surely they could raise £150k ish by doing a Kickstarter or something?

They must've been doing something wrong though...if you get that much traffic there's no reason to be making a loss on a site. They must've had some expensive server deal.

Re: GTA V

Anyone else think the story was a bit shit? Completed the game the other day, not 100%, but I've done nearly everything except the rampages, flight school, buying all properties, etc. Now there's no missions left it kind of feels just as empty and dead as GTA IV and San Andreas. Can't wait for online.
