Re: New tune!! Probably won't get listened to (again!)
Quite liked it man nice dark atmospheres good structure and cool bass synths. Only thing I reckon you needa work on is making that snare pop out more sounds weak i comparison to the rest of the sounds I'd go for a different snare alltogether but thats just my 2c. Keep up the good work

Re: FINISHED TRACKS FOR FEEDBACK-- DECEMBER 2010
@mistayif-really nice vibe man it went a different direction than i thought it would. Good atmos and melody very chilled. @brettheaslewood-Love the really deep wobble in that one man. Nice mixdown everything is in its place and the vocals are a great touch. @the Dub lemon-wow wasnt ready for that dr...

Re: all i want for christmas is a midi controller
I use a novation Launchpad and Korg Nanokontrol for live improv stuff and for the money you cant get a better combination imho. Launchpad for the great pads and ease of navigation through Ableton, Nanokontrol for the 4 banks of 9 faders and rotary knobs. As good if not better then any of the mpc/apc...

Re: What is your main production enemy?
motivation is definately my biggest obstacle but that just goes with being a shift worker. Waking up at a reaonable time and getting stuck into all the half done projects i started the night before can be a struggle sometimes. Really all it will take is a bit of organisation on my part i'll get ther...

Re: migrain aura's
i've been getting migrains for about 15 years. Get blurry vision for bout 20 mins or so before the headache sets in. Yeah usually get em if i'm dehydrated plus i work in a factory so being surrounded by chemicals all day certainly doesn't help. :? Always feel a little out of it when my vision blurs ...

Check out the novation launchpad for live looping they're real cheap and you can control pretty much anything in Ableton with it

Re: WORKS-IN-PROGRESS for OCTOBER, 2010
@TEKN: I like the piano in the beginning, giving a nice atmosphere too the track, the bass sound alittle bit muddy though in my monitors, maybe boost some high frequencies and cut down on the middle ones, other than that it sounds pretty nice! Here is a small update of my TeK9 - Activate http://sou...

Re: Sick of using FL would Reason be better or Ableton... hmmmm
I use Fruity,Ableton & Reason depending on what sort of track im writing/mood im in and i dont reckon there's much difference in "Sound quality" between them its all in the mixdown man just comes down to what DAW you feel most comfortable in

I prefer the tracks page but if i had a pro account would most likely use the spotlight one and its definately better for those of you with more than 10 tracks
