Im liking this. Intresting bass texture too. Did you make it in a FM synth and/or use resonance automation.

I tried a couple different approaches than i normally would with this track, i also took extra care on the sub bass as people have mentioned my sub is a bit weak on previous tracks. Any feedback is appreciated and thanks for listening.

Liking the drums there sounding crisp, but think the og coast sample is a tad overdone, Maybe (just my idea) change it up abit by pitch shifting certain parts every 8-16 bars and/or adding a flange or short delay on the odd words like "kush"

Thanks for pointing out that bass note delay. I found out it was an envelope i put on a filter was delaying the output by few milliseconds. I think i got a slightly cleaner mix (i think) while sorting the delay problem

Yh nice percussive intro, i like the way you drop the bass too. Nice work

Love the bass you made tho agree that your snare could hit harder, maybe adjust the comp and reverb and/or layer a low end snare that hits between 200Hz-250Hz

Liking the high synth melody on the intro, subtle but works. On the drop i reckon you could do with more low end on the mid bass, maybe layer another bass patch with the existing one that has more low end around 370Hz-450Hz. All else is a nice job, keep it up

Nice ambiant intro but i feel ur mid basses are abit too muddied. as said before maybe cut (EQ) out 80Hz n below your mid bass and add a clean new sub to give that chest pump feel in your wubs.

I agree the lead bass synth is a bit loud n maybe slightly reduce the resonance on the filters a slight tad. all else is good, nice work

I dont know if you have changed the upload since the comment about the snare but i think it adds a bit of extra aggression to the track, and as said before the guitar sampling in the backgroung sits just right. Nice work
