Managed to make it to a late showing of it last night. It was pretty good, though I think I still like the first one better. This one seemed more about the action than about the inner conflicts of Batman....which is ok....you can't be a moping emo superhero *all* the time..but I was hoping they woul...

also he confirms what ive been thinking recently that it would be amazing if HBO took up the mantle of adapting some graphic novel series. The multiple hour-long episode thing would work a lot better in displaying the timescale and pacing of the major graphic novel series, and they seem to have a g...

It's funny, I was just thinking about this album the other day. I remember when I first heard it when it dropped, I didn't really *get* it. Too many obscure mafioso raps, and my ear wasn't feeling the orchestral direction that RZA was taking. I wanted more dirty 36-chambers beats and less strings. T...

Someone needs to start a DTS. Get like 20-30 heads to mob other parties, kick out the DJ, and start playing dubstep records

LOL! BTS! Haven't heard about those cats in a while.

Never really saw them myself. I was always under the impression that they stuck to the Philly / New England parties for the most part. I began to think they were more myth than anything..

Being out at a good dubstep night is really the only time you'd catch me dancing.

And by dancing, I mean having a seizure.

lol, so let me get this straight: Producers whom we like dabbling into other genres == good ("Good for producer X expanding his/her horizons") Producers whom we don't like dabbling into our genre == bad ("Goddammit, producer Y is going to single-handedly destroy the scene") Someo...

I can't speak for the cream of the crop, as I'm a bit more of a passive observer to deep house than an active participant. For the longest time Naked Music was the gold standard for me, and I didn't deviate much beyond that. I still love their stuff, but there's definitly much more out there to enjo...

Blue Six - Beautiful Tomorrow I listen to that CD at least twice a week....sometimes more. At this point, i've listened to it so much that I can leave it on in the background and still concentrate on what I'm doing. Don't rock too much dubstep during the day, b/c it gets me too hype to sit still...s...

RADIO - Whighzeguy on Expansion Broadcast - 06.27

Posting this on behalf of my co-host. Definitely a mix to check if you are a fan of this type of style (like me!) ............... I switched up styles this past week & took a stab at some of the more House/Techno influenced Dubstep and was pretty pleased. 10 tunes by 2562/Martyn. The recording s...
