Re: Good dubstep presets for Synth1?
^+1 Presets can be cool but try not to use them too much. One day there will be a sound that you want to make which nobody has created a preset for, and you'll regret not learning synthesis. IGNORE THIS PART! I MISREAD. Read the sylenth1 manual, watch tutorials on youtube :) -http://www.youtube.com/...

Re: Logic's EFM1 Synth SO UNDERRATED
I have logic but I realized I never really the EFM.
Opened it now and it's sick, can make some really unexpected fucked up sounds!
Liking the randomize button alot too haha.
Does anyone else like it?

Re: Equivalent to Ableton's macro knobs in Logic 9!?
you can cascade various transformer windows in live. I remember doing it and thinking, fuck this, i'll just do this kind of stuff in ableton. you use the event window to copy automation from 1 lane to another. Thanks mate! Googled it and found this: "Select the region you want to copy the expr...

Equivalent to Ableton's macro knobs in Logic 9!?
As you probably know, in Live, there are macro knobs that you can assign to multiple parameters at once and when you tweak them, all the assigned parameters change. So, I know there aren't any macro knobs in Logic. But does anyone know if there's ANYTHING similar at all you can do? Can you copy the ...

Re: My DAW is better than yours! (Friendly DAW Wars debate)
ableton. have logic but it's a pain to program drums in audio. (don't understand this ultrabeat thing) and it has no browser like ableton.. workflow is kinda slow :| but i really like logic's mixer, too bad You know you can program drums in the exs24 right? Have you tried it? Fast, easy but powerfu...

Re: Producers with rentals: How do you avoid noise complaint
I always go with headphones after 11. Thing is, the only time I got complaints was when I played some music on my stereo on a quite low volume(it doesn't even have a sub). Nobody has ever complained when I play electric bass loud as shit, or when I've played stuff on my real speakers. Is this becaus...
