DMZ - Twissup ( Youngsta and Task Remix)
Going through the arduous effort of recording all my classics to wav (get to correct all the vinyl pops and crackles which is very satisfying). Got to this tune. my word, I forget what genius this track is. It's just the hammer. This youtube rip won't touch the sides: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v...

As far as I can figure out, everyone seems to agree that EVERYONE should talk less outrageous bullshit about music, whether it be fans or producers?

Thanks for the words all. :W: https://soundcloud.com/kailimusic/copter/s-c9D8a does it sound better now with the louder midrange? The stereo field on the second drop of that synth is mad, you really got those sounds nailed down. And this is definitely the sort of thing you should be sending out man....

Re: 130 Reactions and dramas
i think you're trying too hard to make this place like it used to be when it's not. you might be right on that. Though I respectfully disagree on the decline of the forum being solely a result of the decline in popularity of forums opposed to the usage of social media. bigger producers who still go...

FB and twitter tend to be your established fan base, harder to make new fans on there. Whereas there's a massive pool of potential fans here that might not know about them.ultraspatial wrote:why would they post shit here when they can just post a link up on fb or twitter for everyone?

This was the original reply from Etch: dunno how anyone can hate on the new Rabit :? and Soundman Chronicles never has and never will be a -130 label- Now, perhaps it's not worded the best, but whatever, nothing particularly inflammatory. Jrkhands responds in a civil manner addressing that he isn't ...

Re: IMO: It's super important to have your tunes on YouTube.
That was the opposite of what I meant: what if a Swindle song had a terrible intro but was otherwise amazing? I'd buy it :W: That's all good, personally I prefer to hear the whole song, the context, the story, the motivation of the tune. Intro included. Especially if I'm expected to drop some p on ...

Re: IMO: It's super important to have your tunes on YouTube.
Isn't that the point the OP is making? Like you hear the intro of a Swindle tune and it sounds bloody amazing, but it has zero relation to the actual tune post drop. I'd be pissed if I bought some of them tunes having not heard what the actual tune is post intro.
