Dj Distance - 3rd Wish / Nomad

Post by viceroy » Mon Jan 16, 2006 8:50 pm

Nice to hear some beats from a head who is into metal.

That quazi gutiar riff in 3rd Wish or Nomad (can't remember) is from a death metal band Sepultura.

Figured that was the name. Where I heard the tune, it had the 12" songs reversed.

I think its taken off of Blood Roots from Sepultura. Im not about to break out that CD to see which track.

I just listen to Nomad off of Chaos AD, thinking that might be where it's from, but its not that track.

Anyway, was just wicked to hear that riff in a track.

Love ma metal, not listening to as much these days but never forget my roots..

Pantera / Sepultura / Korn (1st album) / Metallica etc .... I remember Cannibal Corpse but i'd say Carcass were as heavy as i got... rrrrahhhhhhh..

Nomad is an absolute smasher.... metal messiah !!!!

That's the most apt typo I've ever seen!

Too bad about what happened to sepultura really... everything up to Chaos AD was so amazing, then they got all angst metal
Hah. Thats classic!

Yes, Beneath The Remains and Schizophrenia were two really good albums.
