Toasty has to be up there... His percussion is flawless, the chopped vocals are awesome and he can (could make a tune with little to no variation in the melody, cause the tracks are perfectly laid out listen to 'Lickable' or 'Angel'

I never listened much to Shackleton, but when i got his Sonar mix, it blew me away, the vibe is just surreal, can't imagine what it was like out there.
And i heard 'Blood on my hands' on a system and it fucking blew anything (Pinch,Mala,Addy G...) that night out of the fucking water... DAT BASS

Skream 05-07 deserves a mention aswell, he just seemed to create a banger with a synth, sub and drums, efficiency at it's finest

Other than that

Vex'd
Kromestar's 'My sound'
Egoless - Back home cuz it's absolutely beautiful

And so on...

Tunes that always blow me away with pure production quality:

I'm surprised Breakage's name hasn't come up more, man's basslines are out of this world
