not really sure about that jurkhands, i agree with most of what you said but grime being in a strong spot...it's really popular and there's some sick people making madness, like mumdance logos sd laika and others, but there's also an army of people making b8 shit with the same synths and a pulse kick getting hype

{i guess this a different point, but there's uk circlejerk self- congratulation element to it all, just banging on about how amazing 'grime' is in general, people forgetting that it's sick because it's raw and not overproduced and was totally fresh at the time}

early dnb: future bound, ed rush & optical, ryme tyme, ram trilogy, j majik, nasty habits, dj krust, q project

dubstep: early skream, benga, cluekid, quest, silkie, early rusko, hijak, l-wiz, the others early stuff, mensah, shackleton
