I recorded it for 4hours & 48minutes but only came out at 64kbps.(think the stream was only low quality)

Yeah I was recording in 320kbps but my internet connection dropped a couple of times.

I don't think it matters if you recorded it from 320kbps, the source of the video was 64kbps since they were using the lowest settings.

Yeah true. Didn't know what the streams bitrate was so I just took the "safe" approach. :)
