it was shit, totally put me off going to dubstep nights for ages, i still think a whole night of just dubstep is boring now, if the artist is really really interesting it's bearable, I saw Bass Clef later that year and it blew my mind, restored a bit of faith.
hmmm, i dont enjoy some shitty dubstep night in exeter with youngsta and now im scrooge or something.. i just thought it was boring, i still like the other stuff that i like.Brass Monkey wrote:do you even like christmas?Abs wrote:2006

I saw Bass Clef upstairs at the black swan in bristol at that life 4 land vs dissident soundclash in 06.. one of the best club nights ever, savage hardtek, clowncore and general wrongness downstairs and then nice dubstep and reggae upstairs.. everyone was dressed as clowns aswell, it was when ed cox was just getting big.
that was class, one of my first. 31 march 2006.ThinKing wrote:that was a wicked nite, Loefah b2b Skream and Cyrus b2b Omen.spooKs wrote:yessir, before that i saw loefah b2b skream at blue mountain at a night i think the immerse crew used to run called Noir - was so sick, a mix of dubstep, drumfunk and techstep.man-versus-sofa wrote:2006... mala and pokes came to carmarthen!!!!
