Bringing you two of Bristol's very finest selectors:
✭ PEVERELIST
✭ ANDY PAYBACK
plus heavyweight selections by:
✭ OSSIA
✭ TRANSIENT
✭ NEKA

We are very proud to have Punch Drunk Label Boss and also truly innovative and highly respected Producer and Dj, Peverelist join us for this dance in the Take 5 Cafe. He is also a Dj who chooses to stick to vinyl and cutting dubplates rather than playing mp3's or using a laptop, which is something we have a lot of respect and love for. His selections never dissapoint, in fact they are always on point. Expect to hear some true gems and unheard dubplates for this one!

Andy Payback will be hitting us with a rude selection of soundboy killing 80's digital dub and dancehall, murderer style!
Andy is another selector who has been collecting vinyl for a good number of years and he will be digging deep in the crates for this special showcase. Boom!

Tape Echo Dj's Transient & Neka are going to be representing the tape echo sound tonight. Expect a high grade mix 'n' blend of bass music to be fired at you by these Dj's. They showcase their fine taste in music on the Tape Echo Radio Show, every 1st and 3rd Sunday 8pm -10pm on http://www.hivemind.fm and bring us news, thoughts and music regarding all aspects of bass music and dubplate culture on the superb http://www.tape-echo.com web zine. I hear rumours that they will have some new dubplates cut especially for this occasion too!
Don't sleep on this.

Representing Peng Sound, Ossia will be bringing a box of dubbed out things and a bag of Roots and Steppers vinyl plus a delay and siren down to the basement to mash up the dance! There is also the chance of a special guest MC joining him on the night.

Peng Sound and Tape Echo plus everyone involved are truly chuffed to bring you what is bound to be a real nice session.
Good Music only. Vinyl only. Played through our favourite orange and black, hand-built JUNKBOX SOUNDSYSTEM.
Expect good vibrations from start to finish!

Tape-Echo giving you the heads up on this Fridays night along with a short article and a seriously good mix from the man Ossia, an hour of vinyl blended with the captivation sonics of his delay pedal and dub siren, highly recommended!
