on the sly is please to announce the line up for December's edition. Another double dose of out of town friends, we are pleased to be hosting MYRRYRS and Dash EXP. Local support from Kuhn and resident knomad.
Hailing from Nashville, TN, MYRRYRS is one to watch as we round the corner into 2012. After a pair of highly touted EPs for Discobelle and B.YRSLF, expect more high quality riddims from this one. With remixes done by Teki Latex, Bambounou, Cedaa, Obey City and more, come get familiar before you're feeling left out. Learn his style by checking the first 30 minutes of this Le Polygone podcast, mixed by the man himself.

A close friend of the west coast Bassfaced.com contingent, Tony Goods aka Dash EXP is crossing the country to come bring his fresh take on bass to our east coast audience. Expect great selection and plenty of original tunes. If you aren't familiar, head over to http://www.bassfaced.com and check out our Cloudcast #028 mixed by the man himself.
New York local Kuhn has been using 2011 as a time to expand his catalog, composing EPs for Civil Music as we all eagerly await the release of his full length early next year. Friend and cohort of Obey City, who joined us last month, he's another head with a fresh take on the 140 bpm sound. He's been called upon to remix Starkey amongst others, and was remixed by Philip D. Kick.
knomad will be warming things up early, accompanying that first round of drinks with plenty of atmosphere and luring you all to the dance floor.
...and as always, it's a word of mouth thing. if you've been to on the sly already, you know how we do, so tell a friend to tell a friend to tell a friend and come enjoy the vibes. if you haven't been by yet, come get to know one of the new outlets of both new music and family vibes in NYC. as always, we put in effort to make this FREE, and in this great city that's a rare treat. show your respect by hitting the bar and helping us grow.
