Crises has played an active role in the UK underground music scene since his mid-teens, and has witnessed first-hand the growth and changes it has experienced throughout the years. With influences across the spectrum of bass music; from House and Garage and Grime, to Reggae Dub and Dubstep, Crises' sets contain a level of unpredictability while successfully taking the listener on a sublime musical journey.

No stranger to the air waves, Crises started to play on pirate radio in the late 90's. Fast forward a decade or so to 2007, Crises begins his Dubstep journey through his SunshineInABag Show on Rinse.FM.

Starting MindStep as an events promotion back in 2009 with the aim to push new 'up and coming' artists/DJ's, Crises naturally developed the brand into a record label in 2011, maintaining the same focus on fresh talent. A year after it's launch, the MindStep label got the recognition it deserved when it was awarded 'Best New Label' on the Dubstepforum.com Awards. It has continued to go from strength to strength and is ever evolving - experimenting with new sounds and merging genres, while staying true to it's roots and original purpose.

With a string of worldwide events in the pipeline and a highly interactive weekly radio show, Crises is confident and comfortable with the audience. Through his MindStep Show on Sub FM (http://www.sub.fm) every Sunday (5-7pm GMT), Crises sustains his quest to elevate fresh, innovative sounds, which he fuses with timeless tunes and personal favorites.

Over the past few years Trashbat has built a solid reputation for his original compositions and DJ sets, specializing in a unique, forward thinking brand of electronic music, taking influence from Jazz, Blues, and HipHop, composed at and around the 140bpm "dubstep" beat range, and has become a well respected artist on the dubstep scene.

He has performed across the UK and Europe, in countries such as; Belgium, Slovenia, Greece, Holland, Portugal, and shows no sign of slowing down, with more performances throughout 2015 across the UK and Europe, and a debut tour in the USA in spring.

Trashbat has released music on MindStep label imprint, along with other independent labels Chord Marauders and Deep Heads, both digitally and physical in store on CD, and has since built up a loyal following, with digital releases reaching no.1 on the Juno Download and Digital-Tunes dubstep charts respectively. He has gained regular support from UK radio stations such as BBC 1Xtra, Kiss 100, and Rinse FM, and great vocal support from top tier DJs such as, B.Traits, Hatcha, J:Kenzo, Phaeleh, Ruckspin, BunZer0, Soulection, Distance, and more.

Possessing a truly unique vocal style, voice and flow, Ill Chill’s profile and catalogue have been growing exponentially. A triple-threat MC, producer and songwriter, the American nomad and enigmatic creator stands at the forefront of independent artists pushing progressive and futuristic sounds.

Stretching from Dubstep to Hip Hop to House and all points in between, the Los Angeles resident's stock is rising with consistent, boundary pushing verses & numerous collaborations with bass heavyweights including TRUTH, Demon, Mesck, TMSV, Deafblind, Vaun, Pavarotti and many others.

Look out for new Trashbat & Drew’s Theory produced selections coming this Summer on MindStep Music and even more mind-bending styles showing little regard for genre limitations.
