They can do deserts but that's it.

Organs should never be anywhere near good food
i can see that, some organs are fine by me but its the same objection i have with blood, like blood pudding or blood soup or even blood sausage.. too minerally, too much iron. tastes like rust. havent ever gotten a taste for it.

I've got a hard on for middle eastern food lately, hummus, falafel, kofte, tabboulleh etc etc etc all of it is fucking delicious.
yup, its between middle eastern and japanese for me these days.

It's pretty much impossible to say that French Food is better than British Food or Mexican food's better than Indian food or whatever is always going to be bollocks anyway, just because there's so much difference of quality within each one. The Fat Duck at Bray is better than an alright French brasserie, but the French brasserie is probably better than a shite British pub. Same for pretty much anywhere - there's shit food and great food in pretty much all cultures. Not to mention that most of us have got at most half a clue about a couple of different cultures' foods anyway - like, yeah, I've been to a few random restaurants in London so now I can compare Keralese food to Sichuan food to what I had in a week's holiday in one part of Italy...

Damn, I'm making myself hungry now.

You want German / Chinese fusion food.

It tastes nice, but half an hour after you've eaten, you're still hungry FOR POWER!

i remember watching an anthony bourdain ep off of one of his shows when he went to london i believe. he went to this spot that specialized in parts of the animal that were not looked upon as desirable but the methods and technique the chefs had there made each dish look insanely amazing. forgot the name of it, it had a plaque outside of it with a diagram of a pig with lines drawn as if a butcher was showing what part of the pig was what. there is some good british food definitely.

lol to stay on topic, i find british traditional cuisine a bit repulsing. as in sausages, boiled carrots and peas, mash and that god awful gravy all sorts of meats and meat pies yurgh.. and that habit of eating baked beans with toast or even straight out of the can, cold is disgusting

tbf finnish "cuisine" hasn't got much to say either.. except for this

it's hard to get a flattering photo cause no matter how you look at it, it looks like literal shit. it's mämmi, a dessert people eat during easter. it is sort of a cold "porridge" made of rhye and malt iirc. it has a dense texture and a strong and sweet taste and u eat it with milk, custard or even vanilla ice cream. it's great

Actually yeah, quite rate it! Bare sossijis and schnitzels and that. Would hate to be a vegetarian in Germany.

Yeah Greek. My mom's Greek, my dad was a cook and they ran a restaurant. So I literally ate Greek food daily. Love it.

Greek style stuffed peppers are my favorite food in the world.
