La Haine is a heavyweight film. anything with vincent cassell is pretty much guaranteed to be excellent.

pure lols at the 'rollin with the 9s' being a good film, it is WASTE!

btw, what dubstep was there in bulletboy? i don't remember any..

Absolutely classic movie!!! Loved it from the first time I saw it (watched it like 100 times).

Absolutely killer tune.
Listen here

And that little man in the toilet telling story about his mate trying to catch a train and his pants were falling off still cracks me up.

Some years ago, Asian Dub Foundation used to make a few movie/concert.

They played over a projection of La Haine.

That was nice!

La Haine ...absolutely stunning...defo an all time favo.....

Man Btes Dog...is quite memorable too tho its a Belgian flick.... http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0103905/

Killing Zoe is a quality action movie ...i thougt it was filmed in France....but i just read that it was shot almost entirely in LA... http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0110265/

I also love the first half of Polanski´s Bitter Moon.... http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0104779/

Irréversible isnt really a good movie ...but its pretty visual and got a few interesting moments...and its harsh and dark and totally fucked up... http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0290673/

Doberman isnt big either and its also pretty fucked up ...well its partially entertaining.... http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0118996/

Le fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain on the other hand is sweet and pure quality.... http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0211915/

Uhmnn Krzysztof Kieslowski´s Red, White and Blue are all amazing and worth repeating ...White is the most accessible and the most funny and the least tragic and the one to watch first for most peeps i guess... http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0001425/

yeah that movie should be a fucking must see for all isrealis and palestinians....

Jacob Holst the danish photographer who did American Pictures made a documentary where he took his good friend...a high priest of the KKK to meet Jacobs black friends....not long after he quit the klan....

defo a docu worth watching ....the aftermath wasnt that rosy pink tho....the ex.klansman got beaten so badly by his own son and others that he now is blind and disabled....but still ....hate can be dealt with and most people can be friends or alteast leave eachother alone in peace....
