Enter the Void doesn't really have much techno playing throughout but there is LFO - Freak in the title sequence. Tends to be more along the industrial/noise side of things when music is playing. Great film though.

Yeah big up Jesus for dying for our sins and netting us a public holiday in the process.

Also, hot cross buns.

Yeah it's great. Not your average movie though :)

Lola Rennt probably has the most 'techno' soundtrack.

My m8s girlfriend is actaully in the new Noe film. But it's all secret. Even the casting process. Looking forward to that but it's probably a few years away still.

Will defs check that 71 film out :)

Rushmore - This completes the Wes Anderson filmography watching for me, I have no idea why it was last either. Just recently got the Criterion Collection edition and loved it, all the special features were appreciated as well. Their editions are really awesome, bought a region free bluray player just to play all the ones I got.

Polanski's Macbeth - This started as a mindfuck for me as I'm not familiar with Shakespeare in the slightest. Didn't take me long to adjust to the language and themes though, it kinda felt like the original Game of Thrones. Going to continue with Polanski and do Rosemarys Baby soon, got the Criterion Collection edition for that as well.

This is what occured to me as well, though some might see it more as 90s breakbeat stuff like Crystal Method.

Aww, not even got any slight clues on it? I guess I do still have I Stand Alone to check out at some point.

Curious, what do people prefer out of Enter the Void and Irreversible? I probably prefer the latter because even though EtV is more original, Irreversible feels more focused in delivering its message.

Had to watch that in school. Pretty dark, especially the bit with the witches.

Great film, still properly creepy after all these years.

That's the one

Also saw a weird post-apocalyptic version of Macbeth starring Sean Pertwee where they drive around on mopeds.

FINALLY watched The Deer Hunter and nearly cried, probably one of the saddest films I've ever seen.
